Associated Student Body Fees (ASB)

ASB Membership/ID Card ($45) is required for all Canby High School students. Cards can be picked up during registration or during picture retakes. Students can see Ms. Woodruff in the main office for assistance with these cards. If a card is lost or stolen, the replacement fee is $10.

Any student who attends Canby High School for a minimum of one class is required to purchase an ASB Membership/ID Card.

OPTIONAL FEES

  • Student Parking Tag - $20 (required for parking on campus).
  • Yearbook - $65 (increases to $75 in January and $90 in April).

Athletic & Activity Participation Fees (APF)

The athletic participation fee for the 2026-27 school year is $175 per sport. There is an annual FAMILY participation fee cap of $875. There is no INDIVIDUAL participation fee cap. Fees will be waived for families that qualify for free & reduced lunch. This fee applies to Baseball, Basketball, Cheer, Cross Country, Dance, Football, Golf, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Tennis, Track & Field, Volleyball, and Wrestling

Club sport participation fee for the 2026-27 school year is $100 per sport. There are no family or individual caps for club sports. This fee applies to Lacrosse, Rugby, Ski, and Snowboarding.

A $75 participation fee will be applied to students participating in FBLA, FFA, OHSET, Trap, Drama, Band, and Choir.

Family Sports Pass

Family Sports Pass - $75. This pass provides entry to all Canby High School HOME athletic events for a family of four. The family sports pass is not valid for away games or playoff games. The sports pass must be purchased in person at the CHS Bookkeeper window.

CSD Payment Portal

All fees, unless otherwise stated, can be paid for in person at the Canby high school bookkeeper office, or online through the CSD Payment Portal.
